You can copy sphere at any stage: Draft, Generated and Published!

New Group

This option creates a brand-new group of spheres, applying the same design to multiple versions.

How it works:

When you select New Group, a new group of spheres is created, each with the same design but potentially different content (like different versions for specific regions, purposes, or audiences).

You can then modify each sphere separately if needed, but they all start with the same design.

Once copied, you will find the new sphere group in your list of spheres

Use this when:

You want to create multiple versions of a sphere for different purposes, such as targeting different audiences, testing different designs or creating variations for specific needs.

You could use this option to create spheres for different departments, audiences, or languages.

Overwrite

This option replaces an existing sphere’s design with the new one you are copying.

How it works:

When you choose Overwrite, the design of an existing sphere is completely replaced with the copied design.

No new sphere is created—you're simply updating an existing one with a new design.

Use this when:

You want to update an existing sphere by replacing its current design with a new one, without creating a separate sphere.

Use this if you want to refresh an existing sphere with an updated look or new content.

Another Space

Copy Request and Process

To copy a sphere from one space to another, enter the name of the space and the email of the space owner or has Space Admin access, and send copy request

Once your request is approved, your sphere will be copied along with all the assets associated with it

Important To Know

Social Media Links

If your sphere has objects linked to social media, you will need to reconnect them in the new space

Shopify Links

  • If your sphere is synced with Shopify, keep in mind that only one space can be connected to a single Shopify store

  • To connect your copied sphere to Shopify, you must disconnect the original space from Shopify after the copy process

  • After connecting the new space to Shopify, you will need to reconfigure each product used in the copied sphere from Curator. This is because copying to a space not connected to the same Shopify account will break the product links

You wont be able to access your sphere while it’s being copied
